Don’t Miss Kelvin Loh’s Presentation at SEMICON Taiwan

25-08-2026

Don’t miss Kelvin’s presentation The autonomous quantum chip fab of 2035, where he will share the key ideas from our latest white paper. The paper describes a shared vision of a “lights-out” wafer fab roadmap of the semicon industry merging the future of quantum chip production within it.

About the presentation
In The autonomous quantum chip fab of 2035, Kelvin will present the vision and key ideas from the OrangeQS white paper. The presentation describes the reason and what is immediately required for quantum chip production to scale and move towards the current semiconductor industry’s roadmap of a “lights-out” foundry by 2035. The full white paper provides further details.

Kelvin’s talk date and location:

📅 1 September 2026 | 16:50-17:10 (GMT+8)
📍 Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1, 5F, Room 504

About SEMICON Taiwan
Meet Marlo Kürner and Kelvin Loh at SEMICON Taiwan next week to learn more about OrangeQS and our MAX and FLEX solutions for scalable and reliable quantum chip testing spanning all phases of quantum chip production. Visit our booth at the Netherlands Pavilion (K2760, Level 1F, TaiNex 1) and stop by for a demo and conversation.

SEMICON Taiwan is one of the world’s leading semiconductor industry events, bringing together technology leaders, researchers, manufacturers, and innovators from across the global microelectronics ecosystem.

The event serves as a platform for showcasing the latest technological developments, fostering collaboration between industry, government, academia, and research institutions, and driving innovation across the semiconductor value chain.

As part of the event, the Quantum Technology Zone highlights the growing convergence of quantum technologies and the semiconductor industry. The zone brings together leading research institutions, hardware developers, and industry pioneers to showcase how quantum technologies are accelerating the transition from laboratory research to real world applications. With quantum technologies expected to enter the early stages of commercial deployment before 2030, it offers an opportunity for the semiconductor ecosystem to explore new technologies, build expertise, and establish strategic collaborations. Focus technologies and applications include:

  • Superconducting Qubits
  • Ion Traps
  • Silicon Spin Qubits
  • Quantum Annealing
  • Cryo CMOS

The Netherlands Pavillion
The Netherlands Pavilion is organized by High Tech NL, an industry association that connects companies and knowledge institutes. They selected about 20 Dutch semiconductor-related companies and organizations to join SEMICON Taiwan with a booth. A full list of participants at the Netherlands Pavillion can be found on the High Tech NL website: https://www.hightechnl.nl/semiconductors/agenda/semicon-taiwan/
