Orange QS selected as one of Europe’s top deep-tech companies

We were selected as one of the 50 top deep-tech companies in Europe by EIT Digital. EIT Digital is funded by the European Union and helps companies scale up. The selection follows a win of an EIC Accelerator grant and closing of a pre-seed funding round in the summer of 2023.

The selection by EIT Digital will reinforce the message we have shared on stages from Silicon Valley to Davos, together with our customers and partners: We need to build a mature quantum industry based on a value-chain approach with a key role for quantum chip testing. Know Your Quantum Chip!

The past few months, we have been actively sharing our vision of a mature quantum industry and our mission to become the global leader in providing quantum chip test equipment. If you would like to know more about quantum chip testing, have a look at Adriaan Rol, executive director at Orange QS in the video below. This fireside chat at Q2B23 SV (in Santa Clara, US) includes one of our customers, QuantWare, and is led by Freeke Heijmans, founder and director of Quantum Delta NL. They mention not only the testing bottleneck that the industry is facing, but also the importance of a value chain approach. This means that independent commercial companies are focused on producing mature components in the form of valuable products.
