New OrangeQS Juice Product Video and Live Demos at APS 2026

We are excited to announce the release of a new product video for OrangeQS Juice. In this video, Koushik introduces Juice, a Linux-based open-source operating system designed specifically for quantum research environments. During the APS Global Physics Summit 2026, OrangeQS will showcase and demonstrate Juice together with the OrangeQS Suite at the OrangeQS booth.

 

 

About OrangeQS Juice

OrangeQS Juice is an open-source operating system that serves as a unified control center for quantum R&D and production workflows. It combines system monitoring, measurement control, and data analysis in a clear dashboard that can be accessed remotely by multiple users. Juice supports custom extensions through editable installs and open APIs, allowing users to connect their own applications and services. This makes Juice a flexible and fully customizable software solution for collaborative quantum research. Find more information on the orangeqs.com/juice.

 

Growing the Juice community

During a closed beta program in 2025, OrangeQS Juice has been deployed in several world leading labs, like the Advanced Quantum Testbed (AQT) at Berkeley Lab and Chalmers Next Labs. Now that Juice is open-source, anyone is free to use it.

For a global community of quantum R&D labs using Juice to develop, a forum-style platform is considered useful. In partnership with the Unitary Foundation, a channel was set up on the UF Discord server. In 2026, a Discourse-based forum was launched for the community to ask questions, make suggestions and support each other.

OrangeQS software demos at APS 2026

Visit OrangeQS at booth 1403 on the exhibition floor of the APS Global Physics Summit 2026 to meet the team and take part in hands on demonstrations of OrangeQS Juice. Our team will be available to answer questions and discuss how Juice can be adapted, extended, and customized through its open-source architecture to support different lab workflows.

In addition to Juice, our team will also demonstrate the OrangeQS Suite, which includes libraries of diagnostic protocols designed to run reliably and efficiently. Depending on the type of qubits, you can use libraries of diagnostic protocols for superconducting qubits, TWPAs, or spin qubits. Our Superconducting Qubit Tools (SCQT) contains experiments from hardware verification and corrections up to two qubit gate fidelities and crosstalk characterization.

OrangeQS Juice and the OrangeQS Suite will also be featured at other booths during APS. Be sure to visit the Leiden Cryogenics booth (nr. 1900) and look out for exciting results from a recent joint project.
