Last week, the OrangeQS team joined the new “Quantum Needs You!” event, organized by We In Quantum Development (WIQD). We thank WIQD for their efforts in creating a connected and diverse community and for setting up the career fair. We like to give back to the community by taking part in the activities of their new mentorship programme.

OrangeQS at Quantum Needs You: Industry x Early Career Talent in Quantum
We applaud WIQD for organizing these initiatives. The accessible program, interesting workshops, location and turnout are signs of the attention the community is paying to building meaningful connections within the quantum ecosystem.
From our side, Andrea, Tommy, and Varshiny attended. Tommy gave a short pitch about OrangeQS. Varshiny became one of the first new WIQD mentors.
The event was organized with the support of QuLearnLabs and featured a business market where we were joined by other Dutch quantum companies, like QuantaMap, Delft Circuits and QPhox.
