So what is WIQD? It’s an acronym of course: Women in Quantum Development. Yet it is pronounced ‘wicked’, why? Because this a place to build a bond that all women in Quantum and STEM share, the magic of sisterhood. And OrangeQS? In our team, 25% of the employees are women and two of them team leads. But these numbers don’t show the new perspectives they bring. Diversity in gender and background is not optional.
