About Qorrelations
Qorrelations is a quantum technology project focused on advancing the manufacturing, metrology, and testing of superconducting quantum chips. The project aims to accelerate quantum chip development cycles while improving yield, reproducibility, and performance through integrated testing and metrology workflows inspired by the semiconductor industry.

The consortium consists of OrangeQS, QuantaMap, TNO, and VSL. Together, these partners contribute expertise in SQUID microscopy, quantum chip testing, quantum device development, and traceable cryogenic measurements. Through this approach, Qorrelations focusses on enabling:

  • Faster identification of quantum chip performance limits
  • Better correlation across measurement techniques
  • Standardized and traceable quantum measurement data
  • A pathway from laboratory research to scalable manufacturing systems

OrangeQS’s Role
Within the consortium, OrangeQS is responsible for advanced quantum chip testing. The project combines QuantaMap’s metrology capabilities with OrangeQS’s testing expertise to create a streamlined quality control workflow for quantum chip manufacturing. By enabling earlier defect detection and more efficient feedback loops, the project seeks to reduce development time and improve manufacturing yield.
