This event intends to bring together key stakeholders, including leading quantum computing companies, hosting entities, cloud vendors, EuroHPC JU, and potential software users to discuss the future of quantum software and QC HPC middleware integration software in Europe.
As part of the first session on hardware-agnostic quantum software stacks Adriaan Rol, co-founder and director at OrangeQS, will share his vision on interoperable quantum software architectures.
At OrangeQS, we have been working on interoperability since the inception of the company. To be a full test solution provider, components and subsystems of our products have to be compatible with each other and allow for centralized monitoring and control.
Together with Qblox, we developed Quantify, an open-source, Python-based, high-level data acquisition framework for quantum-computing and solid-state physics experiments. We further expanded Quantify within OpenSuperQPlus, the largest and most ambitious European collaborative project in building 100-qubit quantum computers. Together with Zurich Instruments, we developed the quantify-zurich-instruments back-end and deployed it in an OrangeQS Rack at Aalto University and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
