Orange Quantum Systems welcomes Rolph Segers joining the management team as the new Head of Operations, supporting the company as it continues to develop from a deep tech innovator into a supplier of industrial grade quantum chip test solutions.
Rolph brings more than two decades of experience in venture building, technology transfer, and early-stage investment. He has held senior roles at TU Delft, TNO and several national innovation and investment organizations, where he supported science-based ventures through validation, development, and early scale up phases.

In his new role at OrangeQS, Rolph will focus on strengthening operational processes and enabling the company to support growing demand for reliable quantum chip testing. His background combines technical understanding with hands on experience in operations, governance, and investment readiness, which will contribute to OrangeQS’s continued organizational development.
Rolph’s appointment reflects the company’s ongoing maturation as the quantum technology sector moves toward scalable, industrial solutions. His expertise will help OrangeQS further develop its internal structure and prepare for the next stages of growth.
